He is well-rounded in communication, hardware, software and system integration with a specialty over the last 15 years in the implementation of dozens of enterprise information management solutions. He has led many consulting engagements for needs assessment, gap analysis, policy and business case development. He has held many executive positions in ARMA International including a member of the international board of directors and President of the Canadian Region and is a frequent speaker in both the United States and Canada.
