Managing the Transition Phase in Your e-Record Implementation

        Sep 13, 2011

This workshop will help you to:

        • Turn theory into practice
        • Identify your high-level implementation tasks
        • Break down and understand the issues that lead to stalled and shelved projects
        • Gain insight into your particular scenario with interactive question and answer
        • Includes a take away worksheet to ensure post-workshop value
